VIDEO DESCRIPTION This painting tutorial will take you through easy to follow, step-by-step instructions on how to paint this adorable triple animal portrait image of "BARNYARD BUDDIES" with acrylic paint. You'll learn simple drawing and painting techniques that will help you to develop realistic shape and form on these cute outdoor animals who are peaking their heads out through an old wooden country fence on a bright sunny day. This painting is filled with the inspiration of a farm setting with many different animals who find a way to bond and develop great friendships. You can customize this image to have other animals, such as, llamas, sheep, a rooster, horse, donkey, or even some chickens. Perhaps you want to change the season and put snow falling, or flowers, or autumn leaves… just let your imagination steer the evolution of this painting. With the realistic wood grain on the fence, the dramatic texture of the fur and the curious expressions on their faces, the image takes on a country sheik look. You’ll learn how to build the fur using layering and stippling techniques creating dimension throughout the heads. The painting will come to life with the shimmering twinkle in the eyes and the 3d illusion from the strategically placed shadows and highlights. Bringing this cute cow, sweet goat and adorable pig to life will feel magical, but you’ll also learn some valuable lessons along the way to create realistic looking elements that will appear to pop out of the canvas with a real photo quality. With perfectly proportioned features in the animals faces and realistic movement in the fur and eyelashes, these furry friends will look like they're ready to start mooing, oinking, and making bah noises, perhaps to talk to each other, or to ask for some food for an afternoon snack. The soft natural colors in their coats, with the texture and dimension, lets you imagine how soft and cuddly these guys (or girls) are in real life. With the construction of the composition, you'll learn to paint this realistic looking charming gathering of friends who are exercising their right to be together. Creativity is always encouraged, just have fun with it! This painting is sure to impress the viewer and compliment the décor of any room. Using only 3 brushes and 7 colors we'll create this conversational masterpiece with a magnificent, enchanting storybook narrative that has animals with captivating expressions, who are excited about the day in front of them. So, let's get painting and let's get sipping!
