In this video, I am taking on the challenge of recreating a dessert that closely resembles the visuals of those by Amaury Guichon. It was a formative experience for me as I encountered many challenges along the way, but I am here to share all the steps with you to make it a success.
This stunning dessert is made up of a "pain de gênes", a praline and pecan crisp, a chocolate creamy, a salted butter caramel and a vanilla mousse. To finish it off, it's coated in a mirror glaze, decorated with chocolate and topped with a sugar dome.
This may require a bit of work, but the end result is worth it.
