Onion Soup Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
melt 1 stick butter
add 1 pkg onion soup mix
wash, cut and score red potatoes. Drop in butter mixture to coat.
place on cookie sheet. add fresh parmesan and drizzle with a splash of oil. Bake 375. Flip Potatoes at 20 minutes. Bake another 20 minutes. Enjoy.
