🌷[Cafe Lemon Cloud] Refreshing coffee menu made with plant-based ingredients
Almond cream : : 100 g vegetable cream + 20 g almond syrup + 0.2 g salt Whisk gently
1. Mix 150g oat drink + 20g almond syrup and pour into a glass of ice.
2. Make a short double shot of espresso. (around 30g)
3. Top with 30g of almond cream.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar all over the cream and zest a lemon.
🌷[Signature Matcha Latte] A flavourful matcha latte that tastes like a matcha cheesecake.
Ingredients : : Matcha Cheese Cream : : 100g animal whipped cream + 20g cheesecake sauce + 20g matcha powder + 0.2g salt Whisk gently
1. dissolve 30g matcha powder with 20g hot water.
2.Mix 150g milk and pour into a glass of ice.
3.Top with 50g of matcha cheese cream.
4.Sprinkle matcha powder over the top.
🌷[Spice Cream Milk Tea ] Aromatic milk tea made with cinnamon and spice syrup.
: : Spiced cream : : 100 g animal cream + 20 g pumpkin spice syrup + 10 g cinnamon sugar + 0.2 g salt Whisk gently
:: Cold steeped milk tea :: Assam or EnglishBrew 5 g Assam or English black tea with 50 g hot water. When the tea has cooled, add 200g of milk and steep for 24 hours before straining.
1. Rim a cup with pumpkin spice syrup and rim with cinnamon sugar powder.
2. Top up with 10g of pumpkin spice syrup and fill with ice cubes.
3. Add 100 g of cold brew milk tea.
4. Top with 30g sprinkles.
5. Insert a cinnamon stick.
🌷[Caramel Peanut Smoothie] A savoury smoothie with plenty of crunchy honey peanuts
Ingredients: : : Brown cream : : 100g compound cream + 20g butterscotch sauce + 20g espresso + 10g pecan praline + 0.2g salt Whip until firm
1. In a blender, blend 100g milk, 180g ice cubes, 30g butterscotch sauce, 10g creamy peanut butter and 0.5g salt.
2. Pour the smoothie into a cup and top with 30g of brown cream.
3. Top the cream with a generous amount of honey peanut crumble.
