Make DELICIOUS Cherry Chocolate Desserts in 10 minutes! 🧁
Hello friends! In this video I will show you a recipe how to make a soft and airy dough, how to make chocolate cream and filling. You will learn how to assemble the dessert and decorate it with cream and cherries. This simple recipe is sure to please your family and friends! Recipe:
✅Sponge cake:
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
80g sugar.
Beat with a mixer until the mixture has increased in volume by 3-4 times (approx. 10 minutes).
Vegetable oil 30 g.
Milk 50 g.
Flour 80 g
Cocoa powder 20 g.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
The size of the baking tray is 26*37 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
The diameter of the culinary ring is 5 cm.
✅Impregnation:
50g water.
25g sugar.
Bring to the boil.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
✅Chocolate ganache:
100g dark chocolate
100g hot whipped cream 33-36%.
Mix until smooth.
✅For the cream:
100 g dark chocolate.
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
Mix until smooth.
250 g sour cream or natural yoghurt.
20 g cocoa powder.
40 g powdered sugar.
Mix until smooth.
Add half of the melted chocolate.
Mix until smooth.
Add the remaining chocolate.
Mix until smooth.
✅For decoration:
canned cherries.
mint leaves.
