The Maleficent cocktail is precisely what the "Mistress of All Evil" would drink, mainly because it's named after Maleficent herself. This is based on the Long Island Iced Tea template. It combines the general white spirits, except I substituted Empress 1908 Gin for Blue Curacao, creating a less sweet, more balanced cocktail that is gorgeous. MALEIFCENT
.5 oz/15 ml Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml White Rum
.5 oz/15 ml Empress Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Silver Tequila
.5 oz/15 ml Triple Sec
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Grenadine
Method
!. Add all of the ingreients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with Lemon Lime Soda.
5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
