This marble loaf bread only needs one book turn, creating a layered bread with red bean paste. It has ultra soft and fluffy texture.

🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️Dough
Bakers flour 260g
Milk powder 15g
Caster sugar 25g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Egg 45g
Milk 135g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g

☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 195C/385F
Bake at 195C/385F for 33-35 mins
