🧺 INGREDIENTS
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്) - 3 Nos (400 gm)
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Fennel Seeds (പെരുംജീരകം) - ½ Teaspoon
Onion (സവോള) - 1 No (125 gm) - Chopped
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch Piece (Chopped)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1 Sprig (Chopped)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)

## FOR PREPARING THE BATTER FOR URULAKKIZHANGU BONDA ##
Gram Flour / Besan (കടലമാവ്) - 1 Cup (90 gm)
All Purpose Flour (മൈദ) - 2 Tablespoons
Rice Flour (അരിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Asafoetida Powder (കായം പൊടി ) - 1 Pinch (optional)
Baking Powder (ബേക്കിംഗ് പൗഡർ) - ½ Teaspoon (optional)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം)
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - to deep fry
