Satlok, Sachkhand or Eternal Place is the final time destination for a soul. Satlok is beyond heaven. One has to find a Complete Saint (पूर्ण संत) and then take initiation (नाम) from that Complete Saint to reach Satlok. In this world at this moment in time there is only one Complete Saint and that is Satguru Rampal Ji Maharaj. By taking naam from Satguru Rampal Ji Maharaj and by abiding all the regulations it is possible to reach Satlok or Sachkhand. Guru Nanak Dev Ji has given a very vivid description about the glory and importance of a Complete Saint in his speech which is paramount for salvation (मोक्ष).
Likewise the speaker of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita also says to Arjun that the Supreme God is someone else and then in 18.62 to 18.66 asks Arjun to go in to the refuge of some other Supreme God who can by His grace make one worthy of achieving Satlok (शाशवत स्थान).
No other saint in this world has the knowledge about Satlok or Sachkhand and no one else knows about the way to achieve that Satlok apart from Satguru Rampal Ji.
