Sesame oil
Favorite vegetables (I used onions, green onions, and mushrooms)
As much grilled firm tofu as you like
100g white rice
100ml unsweetened soy milk

○Seasonings
200ml water
Kimchi
1/2 tablespoon powdered soup stock
1/2 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon Lakanto

-How to make-
① Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry your favorite vegetables
② When the vegetables are lightly browned, turn the heat to low and add water → crumble the tofu → add all the seasonings
③ Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
④ When the rice is cooked, add rice (cold rice is fine) → unsweetened soy milk, turn the heat up and evaporate the water
