This video, I work on fixing the transmission out of a '96 Mercury Sable. I pulled the transmission and engine together. Tore into the transmission to find that the final drive gear exploded. Had to get a new to me transmission from a local salvage yard. Got it all torn apart, inspected, and put back together. While to engine was out, I put all new gaskets and resealed the motor. All is good as new now.
