The other day, another attempt was made to start the engines of the Mi-6 helicopter. As you remember, a year ago we were able to start the left engine, this year we decided to start with the right engine.
For those who are watching the video for the first time, we remind you that this is a Mi-6 helicopter, built in 1962, which stood abandoned at the airfield for more than 30 years. Almost 2 years ago, our team transported a helicopter from Moscow to the city of Torzhok, disassembling it in parts. In 2 years we have practically restored the cockpit, helicopter systems and engines. Next year we plan to restore the fuselage.
