In a classic ACC basketball thriller, the No. 10 NC State Wolfpack snuck past a tough Miami Hurricanes team in front of a great crowd in Reynolds Coliseum. Hanging on to a 76-74 lead with 3 seconds remaining, Haley Cavinder got a decent look, but her shot fell short and the Pack survived. Madison Hayes showed her versatility throughout the game and led the Wolfpack with 19 points on 6-12 shooting to go along with 7 rebounds, 2 blocked shots and a steal while Aziaha James added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the win. Cavinder led all scorers with 20 points on 9-18 shooting with 8 rebounds, 6 assists and a steal in the loss.
