MicroKORG 2 - Probably your next synth?

Korg just released the new Microkorg 2 that was announced a while back.
I’ve had it for a few weeks and wanted to share my thoughts on it.

This is not a detailed overview of all the stuff in there.

I never understood why people loved the original microKORG but this one is so much better, easier to use and inspiring.

The MicrKORG 2 is simply a great synth that offers A LOT of bang for the buck. It definitely hits above its price range in terms of functionality.

It's not perfect (what's ever really perfect?...). I expected the build quality to be better but considering what you get for the money here - I think the MicroKORG 2 offers a great value.

Is it your next synth? Who am I to say?
I do think this one could become the new standard synth for pretty much any pro- or home studio.
I'll gladly use it myself... It's one of the more satisfying digital synths I've worked on so far.
