120ml Warm milk 0.08
I tsp Dried yeast 0.08
10g / 0.3 oz Sugar 0.04
1 Egg 0.13
30g / 1oz Butter 0.25
Pinch of Salt 0.00
200g / 7oz Strong Flour 0.10

6 Dinner rolls at 0.11 each.
Heat the milk up to just warm. In a bowl add the yeast and half of the sugar and allow it to bloom for about 5 mins.
To the yeast mixture add the rest of the sugar, egg, softened butter. Salt and flour and mix together.
Bring together by hand and turn out onto a well floured board. Kneed for a full 10 mins.
Set aside in a warm place to prove for about 1 hour.
Knock the gas out of the risen dough, divide into 6 pieces and roll into balls.
Place in a shallow baking dish and allow to prove again for another hour.
Bake in an oven at 170c / 338f / gas mark 4 for 15 - 20 mins until golden brown.
