Hello Everyone! Today is my Birthday! Perfect time to use some pastel cake frosting colors on this mixed media portrait. I am trying to be more intuitive with my techniques and trying to trust the process more. So, I start out with an abstract background using a variety of tools and colors that I really enjoy but am unaccustomed to using. Then because of the "Figure it out as I go" method that I am employing, I sort of fumble my way through the rest of the painting.
