In the Kitchen Theatre we're cooking a traditional dish of the Moldovan and Romanian food - mititei. It looks like little sausages, but without the shell. Mititei served well-browned and very hot. And during cooking Zinaida Petrovna will read the monologue of Robert Rozhdestvensky - Merlin Monroe.
Mititei are prepared from:
1 kg of beef with mineral water,
150 gr minced garlic,
baking soda, which will give the product a porous structure, as well as vinegar
and seasonings: black pepper, thyme, etc.
Fried on a grater (grill) or in a pan.
