I decided to re-commit to writing morning pages (https://juliacameronlive.com/basic-tools/morning-pages/) again, but this time I'm adding abstract mixed media paintings on top to partially or completely obscure my words after they have been written. It has been incredibly fun and I'm looking forward to my morning pages every day now instead of just trying to check them off my to do list. I'm a firm believer that if you're going to do something, you might as well have as much fun as possible while you do it. This tweaked version of morning pages is the perfect addition to my morning routine!
