材料 :
猪肉 250-300克(3肥7瘦)
鸡蛋 2粒
小葱头 适量
蒜头 适量
小辣椒 少许
葱花
调味 :
蚝油
黑酱油
盐
胡椒粉
白糖
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Minced pork 200-300g (30%fat)
2. Egg 2pcs
3. Shallots 3 cloves, minced
4. Garlic 3 cloves, minced
5. Chilli padi 1pc, diced
6. Spring onion
7. Egg 2pcs
Seasoning
1. Oyster sauce
2. Dark soya sauce
3. Salt
4. Pepper
5. Sugar
Method
1. Heat wok with oil, fry stir the minced pork till oil is extracted (no more porky smell)
2. Add in shallots, garlic and chilli padi and continue to stir till aromatic
3. Add in oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Do not over stir or it’ll be bitter.
4. Before dish up, add sugar and mix well
5. Crack the eggs in a bowl and add 4 egg shells of water. Add little salt and whisk it. Pour into a bowl and steam for 10min under medium low heat. Remember to leave a small gap on the lid while steaming. This is to give a smooth egg after steamed
6. Arrange the minced pork on top of the egg and garnish with spring onion.
7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
