here's an entire week in my life of my ideal off-ice routine!! i didn't get to everything but i try to do outside exercise such as arm, ab, or leg workouts three times a week along with double axel training and off-ice jumps around 1-2 times a week. make sure to stretch every day an warm-up beforehand :) good luck girlies :3
