Hey everyone. Now that I’m out of the pizza business for a living, I’ve decided to share the complete process of how I make my dough from beginning to end, including how I make my sauce, cut my mozzarella, and cook the pizza.
I want to make it clear that in no way am I saying that my pizza is the best, easiest, most authentic, or anything else that will cause someone to blow a gasket. What I will say is that I do believe that my process, if done exactly as I demonstrated, will produce the most consistent results of any recipe or method.
