Who made the sound of breaking dalgona? Be careful!

[How to make it]
1) Break the dise into small pieces and mix with melted butter.
2) Place a die on the bottom of the cake mold and press it flat. Wrap it and harden it in the freezer.
3) Add sugar, eggs, plain yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, and flour to cream cheese and mix well.
4) Remove the cake mold from the freezer and pour cheese dough on it.
5) Pour hot water into an oven pan and place a cake mold on it and bake it.
(Wrap the separate cake mold with foil to prevent water from entering)
6) Bake in a preheated oven for 180 to 40 minutes and 150 to 20 minutes. (When water evaporates, make sure to replenish more while baking.)
7) When the cake is done, cool it for an hour without opening the oven right away.
8) Cool the cake for an hour in the fridge for another 5 hours.
9) Add coffee powder, milk, water, and sugar and stir with a whipping machine.
(Add less milk or water, and more sugar to make it thicker)
10) Sprinkle coffee dalgona on top of the cake.
11) You can decorate it with milk foam or put fruits or herbs depending on your taste.
12) Sweet and sour dalgona cake is done.
