1. Honey … 30g (2Tbsp)
2. Drinking Water … 140-150g (2/3 cup)
3. Sugar … 20g (1 2/3 Tbsp)
4. Instant Dry Yeast … 3g (1 tsp)
5. Bread Flour High Gluten Flour ... 250g (1.5 Cup + 1 Tbsp)
6. Salt 3g ... (1/2 tsp)
7. Melted Unsalted Butter ... 20g (1.5 Tbsp)
8. Scallions... 3/4 Cup
9. Minced Garlic Minced Garlic … 3-4 Tbsp
10. Softened Unsalted Butter … 20-30g (2 Tbsp)
11. Salt … 2-3 pinches
12. Fried Sesame… 1 Tbsp

🔆 Important note:
1. The recipe can use the no-knead method in the slice, or it can be applied to a bread machine/cook machine
2. The dough can be fermented at room temperature. If you want to ferment at low temperature, you can put it in the refrigerator (normal compartment of the refrigerator) for 12-18 hours and take it out, and continue with other steps.
3. Each brand of bread has different water absorption capacity. If the dough is wet, you can add an appropriate amount of dry flour.
4. Chives and garlic are used to make bread, it is very fragrant when baked, beware of complaints from neighbors 😄
