I had this idea while watching a Jakeneutron video lol. Also their rivalry in Epic Mickey 1 makes this make some sense. Hence "the Doctor" instead of Koopa being a reference to Epic Mickey. Anyways, here's something to watch while waiting for the 600 sub special. Enjoy!!
