It is so delicious and spectacular that I prepare such a dish for a family dinner on the weekend or for a festive table. Ingredients:
2.5 kg pork ham
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Black pepper
Some vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter (optional)
2 onions (300 g)
2 medium-sized carrots
5-6 cloves of garlic
30 g butter
1.5-2 tablespoons flour
300 ml chicken broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
200-300 ml tomato puree
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Salt
Black pepper
chili
rosemary (or thyme)
