POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
Za koru je potrebno:
• 10 belanaca
• 10 kašika šećera
• 2 kesice(18g) vanil šećera
.1 kasicica praska za pecivo
• 7 kašika brašna
• 200 g seckanih oraha
Dimenzija pleha 45x33cm
Peći na 180°C (360°F) 10-15 minuta
Koru iseći na 3 jednaka dela
Za fil je potrebno:
• 10 žumanaca
• 750 ml mleka
• 6 kašika šećera
• 7 kašika brašna
• 3 kašike gustina(skroba)
• 2 kesice(18g) vanil šećera
• 250 g Putera (može I margarin)
• 50 g kokosovog brašna
• 100 g čokolade
• 450 ml slatke pavlake za ukrašavanje (može ganaž ili glazura od čokolade)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
For the crust you need:
• 10 egg whites
• 10 spoons of sugar
• 2 sachets (18g) of vanilla sugar
• 7 tablespoons of flour
.1 tsp of baking powder
• 200 g of chopped walnuts
Dimensions of the tray 45x33cm
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10-15 minutes
Cut the crust into 3 equal parts
For the filling you need:
• 10 egg yolks
• 750 ml of milk
• 6 spoons of sugar
• 7 tablespoons of flour
• 3 spoons of thickening (corn starch)
• 2 sachets (18g) of vanilla sugar
• 250 g of butter (you can also use margarine)
• 50 g of coconut flour
• 100 g of chocolate
• 450 ml of sweet cream for decoration (can be ganache or chocolate glaze)
