Welcome to the new Odyssey of Textures Blanket! This blanket will have 20 to 24 different textured crochet squares. Each square will be a video as well as a video to join the squares and add a border. Hope you enjoy!
Written Instructions:
Loosely chain 25.
Row 1: Chain 2, turn; half double crochet in first stitch (the one before your chain 2), *** skip next stitch, half double crochet in next stitch, half double crochet in skipped stitch; repeat from *** across to last stitch, half double crochet in last stitch. 24 half double crochet.
Row 2: Chain 1, turn; single crochet in horizontal strand of each half double crochet across: 24 single crochet.
Repeat rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures approximately 7 inches.
Border: Chain 1, turn; 3 single crochet in corner; 25 evenly spaced single crochets along the side, repeat around; slip stitch into beginning chain 1. Fasten off.
