In this video, we conclude the explanation of oscilloscope controls and theory with a discussion of DC traces and measurement, "Chop" setting for 2-channel display, AC "floating" on DC, and the X10 setting for Sec/Div. We will then use what we've learned to trace a signal through an amp circuit and calculate the voltage gain in each stage. Finally, we use the oscilloscope to measure the RMS output of an amplifier circuit.
