500 gr. wheat flour
400 ml. milk
50 gr. butter
10 gr. sugar (1.5 tsp)
7 gr. salt (1 tsp)
5 gr. dry yeast (or 15 gr fresh)
Potato filling (for 2 pies):
300 gr. boiled hot potatoes,
300 gr. cheese (Ossetian, Suluguni, Adyghe or mozzarella)
10 gr. butter
salt,
pepper to taste (if needed)
Meat filling (for 2 pies):
Beef 600g
Onion 2pcs
Salt
Black and red hot pepper
Bouillon
Filling with herbs (for 2 pies):
Curd 400g
Assorted greens 200g
Salt
Pepper
Egg
