Happy holidays everyone, and welcome to our last recipe of the year! I'm making this nice and fragrant, 70% hydration, Neapolitan pizza. With a tiny 1 g of Yeast this pizza boosts an excellent digestibility due to its overnight fermentation, making it light, fluffy and easy on the stomach.
