Starting any fitness journey can be overwhelming, and when we don't see the progress coming as fast as we'd like it's discouraging. I wanted to share with you how long it took me to see progress and share a couple of setbacks I had and how I ultimately got over them. I hope this video helps anyone who is overweight Running and needs a little bit of encouragement, you can do it! Keep doing all of the right things. Meaningful, long term change takes time but in the end its worth it.
