Pumpkin pie oats
2 cups of oats
4 cups of water
simmer
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
Mix all together.
In a measuring cup, mix 1 cup milk with 2 eggs. Stir into oats on low heat until thickened.
