材料 Ingredients：
- 两片鸡胸肉（约500克） 2 pieces of chicken breast （about 500g）
- 五粒葱头仔 5 shallots
- 四粒蒜米 4 cloves of garlic
- 一小块黄姜 one pieces of turmeric
- 一小块姜 small piece of ginger
- 一支半的香茅 1 and half of lemongrass
- 少许的芫茜 some coriander
- 一汤匙的鱼露 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 一汤匙的蚝油 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 一汤匙的玉米粉 1 tbsp of corn starch
- 一汤匙的白糖 1 tbsp of sugar
