[班兰戚风蛋糕食谱]

材料:

班兰精华:
班兰叶 - 8片
清水 - 大约150毫升

(以上材料加入搅拌机搅拌,用过滤袋滤出班兰汁。静置冰箱一天, 取出55克沉淀绿色精华)

蛋黄糊:
蛋黄 - 5颗
幼糖 - 30克
玉米油 - 45克
班兰精华 - 55克
低筋面粉 - 85克

蛋白糊:
蛋白 - 5颗
幼糖 - 60克

[Pandan Chiffon Cake Recipe]

Ingredients:

Pandan Extract:
Pandan leaves - 8pcs
Water - About 150ml

(Above ingredients pour into blender, blend for pandan juice, then strain with a filter bag. Keep in fridge for a day to get 55g of precipitated green extract)

Egg Yolks Batter:
Egg yolks - 5pcs
Caster sugar - 30g
Corn oil - 45g
Pandan extract - 55g
Low protein flour - 85g

Meringue:
Egg whites - 5pcs
Caster sugar - 60g
