In this video I show you how to make Parathas 3 ways. the basic round paratha is what my mum used to make, the second paratha is a lacha paratha which basically means layered and flaky, and lastly the third paratha, my square paratha is probably a popular one for those that just cannot seem to get a perfect round shape. Parathas can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner in my house. I don't just reserve them for breakfast only which in some countries is when they are only eaten.

Cooking time: 6/8 mins for each paratha
Makes approx. 3/5 depending on size
Ingredients:
2 cups of chapati flour - 500g
Luke warm water to knead the dough
salted butter melted
salted butter not melted
Extra flour for dusting
Silicone brush /spoon
