Try this for Christmas! Easy and delicious Pecan Pie Cobbler.
Ingredients:
Pecan Pie Filling:
¾ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons AP Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs (beat in)
½ Cup Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Dark or Light Corn Syrup
1 1/3 Cups Pecan Halves
Cobbler Base:
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Butter (½ stick)
1 Cup Self-Rising flour
¾ Cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Milk
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Melt butter in 9 X 9 or 9 X 13 inch pan (I just stick it in the oven while it is preheating).
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
