This is a repost and remaster of an older video containing silent 8mm films of very early Penn Central action mainly from Ohio and Indiana, along with footage around Altoona. On the original video there were comments about how fast the trains were going back then. That was only partially true, as the films were sped up to be properly converted to videotape without flicker (a.k.a telecine). This new upload restores the original framerate of 16 fps with telecine removed from the tape capture (I don't have the original films, unfortunately), along with film grain removal and some color correction.
