Perch fishing in winter can be tough, but at the moment it’s extremely challenging indeed. Generally speaking our best chances of success in winter is to fish our lures very slowly. Therefore, in this video I wanted to explore 3 ways we can fish slow with lures for big perch. The 3 techniques include The Ned Rig, The Dropshot or Hard baits (such as Crankbaits or Jerkbaits).
We go through the 3 different methods, looking at lures, tackle and how best to retrieve these lures for success in cold water conditions.
