Permanent Magnet Alternator (PMA) Build attempt 3 and some questions answered

Third try at making a 12v alternator into a Permanent Magnet Alternator.
This time I use the DIY rotor with twice as many rectangular magnets.
2 sets of 6 pole magnets rather than 1 set.
