每年新年黄梨饼是大家的最爱，一起来做“芝士黄梨饼”。这个食谱非常快速简单，不需要一颗一颗揉捏粘手的黄梨馅，一下子一口气可以做一大盘了。新鲜出炉，芝士烤至融化焦黄，个个表面橙黄金色，小小一个真可爱。芝士是酥脆的，饼皮一咬就融在嘴里，软软奶香味的饼干为底，里面包着酸甜拉丝黄梨馅。吃了满满新年气氛了。
收藏方式：烤好彻底凉透，收密封容器室温保存, 如用自炒馅料3-5天内吃。要保存更久可以收冰窟冷冻，吃前解冻。
In every CNY, Pineapple Tart Cookies is everyone’s favorite, let’s make “Pineapple Cheese Cookies/Pineapple Cheese Bars”. This recipe is very quick and easy, no need to pinch weight sticky pineapple filling one by one, can make whole big tray at once at a time. Freshly baked, grated cheese is baked until melted and turned golden brown, each surface is orange-golden in color, each mini cookie is so cute. Cheese is crispy, crust melts in your mouth as soon as you bite in, with soft and milky flavor, paired nicely with sweet tangy pineapple fillings with fiber stripes within, full of New Year atmosphere.
Storage Method: After baked, let cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature, if using homemade fillings eat within 3-5 days. To store longer keep in freezer, thaw before eating.
