Pokémon Y Hardcore Nuzlocke - Poison Types Only! (No items, No overleveling)

Can I beat Pokemon Y using only Poison Types with Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules?

Normal Nuzlocke Rules:
1. Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed (DEATH)
2. Can only catch the first encounter on any given route (dupes clause)
3. All pokemon has to be nicknamed

Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
4. Always Set mode
5. No items in battle (held items are NOT okay)
6. No overleveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
