1 Lemon Grass
4 siling haba or depende sainyo
1 big onion chopped
6 cloves garlic minced
Ginger or Luya
Fish Sauce to taste
2 cups water
¾ cup white vinegar
3 pieces dried bay leaves
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Sugar to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
