A lovely quiche, without a pastry crust. With potato and onion as well as cheddar cheese, mixed herbs and garlic and, of course, lots of eggs this is a delicious dish indeed. It is perfect hot, warm or cold and can be served for lunch or dinner with a salad, or even for breakfast.
