Some time ago, for my birthday celebration, we went on a three-day, two-night retreat deep into the mountains of Ogawa Village, Nagano Prefecture.
The aim was to stay at the earth-friendly inn and do pottery. Delicious medicinal food and a pottery experience in a great location with a view of the Northern Alps. It was great!
This was a relaxing trip and we felt extremely relaxed and refreshed.
