hello! I'm Kenyu.
I was shocked by the "mandarin oranges" I received from Mr. Mamoru Hirata in Nagasaki Prefecture, and I am staying at the camp for about a week. I wondered why they were able to produce such delicious, sweet, and full-bodied mandarin oranges, so I came to see the reason with my own eyes. Mamoru Hirata's cultivation was very different from conventional cultivation, such as pruning, cultivation that respects the roots by using mulch, and fertilization management that understands plant physiology. Hats off to Mamoru, who grows mandarin oranges without the use of fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
This video is mainly about pruning and how to make trees.
