Glutinous Rice 糯米饭 材料 :
300g Glutinous rice (Soaked for 4hr) 300克 糯米 (浸水4小时)
3 piece Pandan Leaves 3片 斑斓叶
200ml Coconut cream 200毫升 椰浆
100ml Water 100毫升 水
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
3g Butterfly pea flower (soaked hot water for 5 mins) 3克 蝴蝶豌豆花 (浸热水5分钟)
Coconut Stuffing 椰丝 馅料 :
200g Grated coconut 200克 椰丝
100g Gula Melaka 100克 椰糖
50ml Water 50毫升 水
1 teaspoon Corn flour 1茶匙 玉米粉
2 tablespoon Water 2汤匙 水
3 piece Pandan leaves 3片 斑斓叶
15 pieces Banana leaves 15片 香蕉叶 (12cm x 18cm)
