It's an app and tool that helps you optimize a Meta VR headset's hardware to specific games, or all games, as well as changing video recording capture settings, such as recording in 4K, in various sizes, bitrates, and framerates.
It also allows you to organize your apps, or games, into specific folders. Some of these features can only be done with QGO and not with the default Meta settings nor with SideQuest.
