Quick Easter cakes - Easter cakes! Without yeast and proofing (curd paska or Easter sweet curd cake) - this is the simple, affordable and delicious recipe from Wow, Kitchen, which is very loved in our family! Of course, we are preparing more than one option for the Great Day of Easter, but today we will show you exactly this one!

RECIPE:
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
* Grind with an immersion blender
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 170 grams of sugar
- 70 grams of melted butter (*not hot so the eggs don’t curdle)
- vanilla sugar or flavoring (*I used a few drops of rum flavoring)
- turmeric (pinch)
- flour - 240 grams
- 15 grams of baking powder
- 100 grams of raisins for Easter 3 (*pre-steamed, dried).
* I have molds 9 cm in diameter, 13 cm in height. Lubricate with a thin layer of vegetable oil. I fill the molds 2/3 full.
The oven is preheated to 160° for 40-50 minutes.
I leave the finished hot cakes to cool (cover with a towel)
Glaze:
-1 protein
- a pinch of salt

- add sugar (2 tablespoons) gradually while beating until it reaches the consistency that suits you.
