Ingredients:
Water - 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
1cup Ragi flour
take 2 tsp flour out of 1 cup and little water out of 2 cups are used to make a ragi paste
Ragi mudde is the main food in Kolar, Mandya, Hassan, Mysore, Tumkur districts in Karnataka and Rayalaseema Region in Andhra Pradesh. As ragi is low in fat and high in protein, its daily consumption can promote weight loss and control blood sugar level.
