Welcome back to another cozy reading vlog! This time, I’m sticking to my comfort zone- new releases, twisty thrillers, and a backlist pick that I previously DNFd. Here’s what I’m diving into:
📚 The Crash by Freida McFadden- A winter thriller with an eerie cover! This might be my last chance with this author… I’ve loved some of her books (Never Lie), liked others (The Housemaid series), but The Coworker? Not so much. Will this one win me back?
📖 The Inheritance by Trisha Saklecha – Flashing back to an early vlog! I first picked this up while curating our Winter Reading Guide for Book Talk, etc. patrons, and now it’s time to give it a proper spotlight. A January release that deserves more buzz!
📚 A Killing Cold by Kate Alice Marshall – One of my most anticipated winter thrillers! I loved What Lies in the Woods, so I have high hopes for this chilling new release. If you love atmospheric mysteries and slow-burn suspense, this might be for you!
📖 Lone Women by Victor LaValle – This one’s been on my mind since I DNF’d it last year but I remained curious about this eerie, historical horror novel. Will I love it this time?
